We used this gripe water (to get rid of gas) at about 6 weeks old, she wouldn't burp well so we thought we'd try it, didn't seem to do much but she liked the taste!
So one day when she was crying, but tired I dipped her dummy (paci) in it to distract her from the crying, it worked like a dream and as soon as she has the dummy in sucking the eyes start to go!
We've used it ever since! She seemed to get excited when the blue dippy bottle appears!
It's called mommy's bliss gripe water!

Guess you call it a dummy, hadnt heard that either.
ReplyDeleteSo yes pacifier is called a dummy in the Uk and we just nicknamed the gripe water dippy as we dip the dummy in it!
