Baby Shower

Last weekend the girls here in Denver threw me a baby shower, it was AMAZING! tearful, funny, and just plain wonderful.....

Steve was only gonna stay a while say hello to everyone, he stayed all party and enjoyed himself too

three in the bed and the little one said.....

"I know, I'm gonna keep mummy awake all night and she's keeping daddy awake with her snoring when she does sleep so no one is getting any real sleep, at least they be ready when I blast into the scene in October"

mmmm I am not sleeping from 4/5 ish onward and feel sicky, hungry, tired all rolled into one thought not sure which is making me feel funny the most and baby g just kicks and kicks sometimes it feel like a have a few carp wriggling around in my tummy sometimes a mule!

I then go back to bed around 7ish and sleep too deeply I feel weird all morning! oh and I have really low blood pressure now too
ah joys!

Estes Park

Last month we headed up to Estes Park - with Steve's Brother and Friend, Andy and John....

Dreaming of a day when we own one of these....and party!

Movie at redrocks and we parked in the lower carpark oh my! it was sooooooo hot and all the steps nearly wiped me out, I was glad to get to the seat!

This is me below, after a good half hour recovery and plenty of H2O!

It was a fun trip and everyone enjoyed it.

This weeks...I'm smitten with....

I could spend a fortune daily on this baby, well on things that will make me happy - not sure that the baby will even notice some of the things, hey it may do one day!
But these things make me happy.....

Why are babies shoes the cutest things in the world - in fact baby's feet too - though from our ultrasounds our baby has long feet it'll be in a 3-6 at birth!!!!

I think I'll leave it at this....as these are the perfect thing to end on.

4D scan 2nd time around...

mmm was quite a weird experience yesterday and we both came out feeling like we were poking around too much and seeing too much, as the images you get will never be the same as baby in the flesh and there is definitely a certain weirdness to it all, lumps, bumps, smooched faces and weird texture.......
and you think its going to be this wonderful video of you baby moving around and its just a series of stop starts, worth it but we don't need to see anymore!

Here are some more shots, some are so like Steve's eyes its weird and in others it looks like a little old man ahhhhhh our baby!

It had its hands up to its face the whole session chewing and just hiding its face awe!

I'll look at the video see whether its worth posting. Any more guessing on boy or girl based on these?

4D scan

Second 3D/4D Scan today lets hope baby g is in a better position though I feel it right below my rib cage again so - me thinks it may be in same position - off to do some shopping at Cherry Creek - maybe it'll move it around!

oh my why I am putting myself on here....

well there's your bump update guys, tankini and all hanging out at on of our local pools in our area, I've managed to get to it 4 times this summer as its far too hot, this is in the evening and it was lovely except the kids still insist on splashing me!! enjoy!

Meet Baby G, 4D!!!!

We went today to have a 3D/4D scan and DVD of the baby in my tummy! how mad it was to see, but baby g wasn't playing ball, all snuggled up and comfy and in a bad position to photo and video, we'll go back next week to get better pics hopefully.

Freaky and amazing all rolled in to one, look like a boy or a girl?? we can't tell its little face was smooched up against the placenta so these are best shots we could get- so either its nose is smushed or its a Bingham!

It still doesn't quite seem real that, that little thing is in my tummy! and is our baby!
